Online on the BASA webpage: www.BASA.net

How do you pay for registration?
You may pay by credit card at the time of registration or mail in a check to the BASA office (110 S. Hager Ste. 203, Barrington, IL 60010)

How do I know you received my payment?

The library has computers with internet access or you can come to the BASA office to sign-up via the website.

How do I receive uniforms that I ordered?
The uniform you order when you register is given to your coach at the coaches meeting and they hand out their team orders to their parents.

How do we find out about registration?
The webpage: www.BASA.net, emails will be sent out, postcards or newsletter will be sent out families currently in program. Registration for fall is in early June, for indoor it is in late October and for spring it is in January.

My child should be in Kindergarten but we are going to hold her back, can she play in the kindergarten program since she is the same age as the other children?
No, the program goes by grade, not age. The age groups are the following: Kindergarten-U6M (boys and girls play together-separate after kindergarten), 1st grader-U7, 2nd and 3rd grade-U9, 4th and 5th grade-U11, 6th grade-U12, 7th and 8th grade-U14 and High School.

How are the teams formed?
In the fall new teams are created. Within schools, teams are created evenly based on players ability. We try to place the players by school for Kindergarten through 5th grade. The reason we do this is for practice, Barrington is very large so we place players by school so you do not have to drive across town for practice. The fall teams will carryover to indoor and spring.

Are teams done by school for middle school?
No, BASA tries to divide teams up evenly. At these age levels we want to make sure the divisions are competitive.

When are team pictures?
Team pictures are done in the fall season only. There are no team pictures in the spring or indoor seasons.

What is the Jamboree Tournament?
The Jamboree Recreational Tournament is our year end celebration. It is held at the end of the spring season for all recreational players. Kindergarten, U7 (1st grade) and U9 (2nd and 3rd grade) age levels will all receive participation awards and play in two round robin games. There will be no winners or losers at these age levels.

The U11 (4th and 5th grade) through U14 (6th, 7th, and 8th grade) will play in a Jamboree Tournament competing for 1st and 2nd place awards.
